We think a WhatsApp API should be honest and it should never lose your message.
WALayer started from a simple frustration: every WhatsApp API on the market competed on price and feature checklists, and none competed on the thing that actually matters in production: not losing messages, not duplicating them, and not getting your number banned through carelessness you cannot see. So we built the platform we wanted to use.

Three things we will not compromise on.

- Honesty compounds. Telling you the real trade-offs earns more trust than a perfect-sounding pitch.
- Your number is your business. A bug that gets it banned is not a minor issue to us.
