What this means
The honest version of a status page.
Every status page in this category is green. That tells you nothing, so here is what is actually behind this one.
What this page checks
Whether the public REST API answers a request from outside our network, and how long it takes. That is a smaller claim than an uptime percentage, and it is one you can verify yourself against the same endpoint.
What it does not check
Whether your own linked number is connected. That is per-session and lives in your dashboard — a number can be logged out by WhatsApp while every system on this page is green.
Why there is no uptime percentage
A percentage nobody can audit is marketing. When we publish one it will come with the window it covers and the definition of a failed request, because those two choices are where every impressive number in this category comes from.
Incident history
Everything that went wrong.
Including the ones no customer noticed. A log that only records incidents you already saw teaches you to find out somewhere else first.
