What we do
Six things we do to protect your numbers.
- Automatic warmup: new numbers ramp their limits only as they earn trust, and roll back if engagement drops.
- Human-like pacing: jittered timing and typing simulation, never a robotic fixed interval.
- Consent tooling: STOP-keyword handling and a suppression list enforced at the API, so you cannot message someone who opted out.
- On-WhatsApp checks, so you do not message dead numbers, a classic spam fingerprint.
- Graceful ban handling: detection, send-freeze, queue export, and guided recovery onto a new number.
What we cannot do
Plainly: we cannot guarantee a number will never be banned.
WhatsApp bans for behaviour: spam reports, volume spikes, messaging people who never opted in. Those decisions are theirs alone. Warmup and careful pacing reduce the risk; they do not remove it. If a durable, guaranteed channel is a hard requirement, use the official WhatsApp Business API.
Acceptable use

- Cold outreach to purchased, scraped, or non-consenting lists.
- Spam, phishing, scams, malware, or deceptive content.
- Harassment, illegal content, or anything violating WhatsApp's terms or applicable law.
- Evading bans or building tools whose primary purpose is to disguise automated traffic as human.
We run abuse detection and will suspend accounts that violate this policy. Using WhatsApp responsibly is also how you keep your own numbers alive. Our interests are aligned.
Security & privacy
How your data is handled.
- Session credentials are encrypted and unreadable by our API tier.
- Per-tenant isolation is enforced in code, not by convention.
- Webhooks are HMAC-signed; we document verification and a replay window.
- We minimise stored content and offer data export and deletion.
